No Boot Device Found, Press Any Key To Reboot

I, have inspiron 15 7537 and on starting the computer i am getting the message " No boot device found. Press any key to reboot." It seems that whenever I press f2 or f12 it just flashes the screen 2-3 times then it just goes back to the loop. The Dell icon shows and OCCASIONALLY it will show a loading bar under it but then it will go back to the loop. It wont load setup or boot menu yet when I plugged in the charger it seemed to setup a new menu which let me know I should plug in a 90W charging cable and to press f2 to go to setup but when I restarted I accidentally pressed f3 which stopped the message from showing and now I am back to the infinite loop of not being able to enter setup. Any ideas?
