Unplug the system remove the battery and remove and reinstall the hard drive (post the model of the system if you want instructions). Re-test. If the drive still isn't found, it's toast - you'll need a new hard drive.

Now when is gets to hard drive:
Msg: Hard Drive - No Hard Drive detected
I have also ran diagnostics on it about 3 times and when it gets to the CDROM is give me this;
Error Code 2000-01 47
Vaildaton 11804
Msg: Optical Drive 0- Self test: OPU text failed
