NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M Error code 43 (Not working)

Yo.

I sent my laptop in for repair and got it back little more than a week ago. However, I was gonna play some games today and I got alerted by the gameclient that:

"That's odd, I thought. Why would it use the Intel one.."

So I went into Device Manager and yeah, the NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M reported errorcode 43 (not working).

So yeah, I just got it back from repair and it's not working. I didn't send it in for repair for this problem, but it's still annoying that something is always wrong with this laptop.

Does anyone have a clue what might be wrong here? Can anyone link me to any specific drivers that might fix this? I hope to god that this isn't a hardware issue.
