OPU Test Failed (Error code: WCD43-05F)
Hi,
I have a Dell Inspiron 15R.
Last night, I Have been finished a online Dell PC Diagnostics from Support.dell.com and from that Dell PC Diagnostics has encountered an Error " OPU Test Failed (Error code: WCD43-05F) ".
What is it ? And How can i solve this error ?
Please suggest......

This means your optical drive failed its test - did you have a blank, writeable disc in the drive when you ran the test? If not, that's why.
