Each system has a unique master password. If you have forgotten the password to your system, you must contact our Mobile Computing Hotline at 800-247-9256 for Corporate/Government Accounts or at 800-247-9252 for Direct accounts. You will be connected to a Technical Specialist who, after verifying that you are the registered owner of the system, can look up the master password for you.
If you are outside of the United States, you will need to contact Dell in your global area.
I tried doing your suggestion. The only problem I had is that I bought the laptop in the UK and I've being trying to get the technical support phone number in the UK from the support personnel here in the US but all the numbers they've given me are invalid phone numbers. And I can't seem to find anyone to give me the number that I could use to talk to the technical support team in the UK.

0800 1698808
Please I don't need an 800 number cause I can't use that from the US.
