Power light flashing
I have a Dell Inspiron 1545. Last night the power light began flashing continuously, four quick amber lights followed by a white light. Everything appears to be working normally. What does this indicate? It flashes this even when the computer is off.

I'm aware of the amber low charge light. This is not the case with the alternating 4 amber flashes and then one white flash. The computer was on power, not battery, when the event occurred. I ran every diagnostic available, deleted temporary files, and looked for updates. Battery showed full charge, even when detached from power supply. The situation resolved itself within 24 hours. Still not sure what this signal indicated.
