Presentation Mode and S-Video Help needed

Hello there, I use to be able to hold down Fn + F8 then switch to my S-Video output that goes to my TV but on one day I set the settings in my drivers to Single Display just to check what it does and since then I cannot use presentation mode like I use to before.

 

It now states when I hold Fn-F8 down that Presentation mode is: Off No external displays attached.

My S-Video to my TV wont work anymore also !

 

I cannot set the setting "Single Display" in my drivers to something else it only displays Single display and nothing else...Formatting did not work either.

 

Does anyone know what I can do ? Is my S-Video port broken ?
