Run the Dell diagnostics on the hard drive (F12 at powerup or hold the D key). Do you see any errors there?

I have run the Dell diagnostics on the hard drive as you said. No error shown ....

If you don't see an error with the hardware diagnostics, you don't have anything to worry about. Does the system have a solid state drive in it?

If you don't see an error with the hardware diagnostics, you don't have anything to worry about. Does the system have a solid state drive in it?
