PROBLEM-with ST Service Scheduling- stopped working. need help.

I have a new Laptop, Dell INSPIRON 1525, 2 days old.

I'm thrilled with the laptop so far, but sadly, I am continually getting an error message on start up  'ST Service Scheduling has stopped working'.

It then informs me that the only way to resolve this is to reinstall it, but i haven't the foggiest as to what i should do next, or whther the disc for reinstalling this service is included with my laptop package.

I do know however, that this relates to Dell's data safe on line service.  So am adamant to find a solution!

If anyone out there could help me in the slightest, it would be much appreciated.
