Problems with wireless networking after applying BIOS update utility

Question

After I applied BIOS update utility (till ver 011), I found that my internet connection via WIFI became extremely slow and laggy.

What should i do to get the previous functionality?

I have M1330 with Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network adapter.

no, just connection became more slow

It might be worthwhile to uninstall the Wifi driver, restart, and re-install it. It may have been corrupted.
