Question Mark in Other Devices in device manager

Recently I reformatted and installed freach copy of window XP in Precision M65. I did it with help of dell technical people., I found a yeloow big question mark in Other device and two yellow questions marks in Data Interface. Anyone knows how get rid of it.

do you have external devices attached to the computer?... it could be for those.. or if not,  i believe its for your touchpad/trackstick... try installing this <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell>   and see.
