Random horizontal lines (dead pixel?)

This laptop was recently replaced, less than 2 months ago. Now, another problem has come up. DEAD PIXELS on the screen, a horizontal line.
I called in about this problem, and I am posting this to let you know, that this is the last Dell I will be purchasing.

I will tell you why;  I have never been treated so poorly and so indifferently by a group of people. Your “customer care” department doesn’t care about anything much less their customers. "Customer care" said they wouldn't do ANYTHING for me. So, unless someone on here can help fix this problem, I'm done with Dell and I'll be getting rid of this machine ASAP.
