Remove System or Pre-Windows password

I bought a new Dell Latitude E6230.
When I'm trying to configure smart card login, I think the Pre-Windows password set wrongly. I didn't notice how this password apply and what password is set.
Now, when I turn on my computer System show #47ZPWW1-1D3B and asking password.
Could I reset or remove System or administrator password ? Please help. |
