Screen orientation

When I take my Inspiron from laptop to notebook the screen orientation no longer flips.

When I adjust the screen angle in laptop the screen display often changes either in opening new pages or changing the zoom on the current page.

Finally, often when I plug it in it tells me I am not using an approved Dell charger, yet this is the one that came with it.
