Several problems on Latitude E6410

Question

So, I got this laptop few months ago, and I've been having several problems with it The first issue I had with it was the sudden malfunction of the number keys on the keyboard, the only ones that work are 5 and 6. Also from time to time the lower-side keys don't work either, tried to restart the drivers to no avail Something inside has been being noisy all of the sudden, I've had enough care with it to know it wasn't my fault, and I don't really know what it is, what takes me to the third point... Speakers stopped working shortly later of hearing loud noises from inside my laptop, I don't know if it's the speakers or something else. On a side note, the two last issues happened after upgrading my laptop to Windows 10, I don't know if it's relevant

Hello. Sorry for the delay in replying to your question but there have been some problems with the Dell forum lately.

Test by plugging headphones into audio port. Is there sound coming through the port?
