Speial Character

Hi Dell.

kindly help me with this problem. special character on my key board in the letters does not appear same with seen on the keyboard.

My laptop model is Inspiron 15R, it has Arabic keys shown because i bought in UAE. i needed ( ˜ ) this cahracter to be the same because this is the password of our wifi at home. in which i could not connect because of this problem i mentioned.
