Terrible tech support for Alienware

Hi,

I own an M14x R2 Alienware laptop computer and my problems with this laptop started last fall when I sent it in for warranty repair. I had to send in my laptop to get the motherboard replaced because the headphone jacks on it were broken. I will admit those were my fault, but it was covered under the accidental warranty I had purchased. Once I got it back, that is when the onslaught of problems started. I have had on/off problems regarding battery recognition/battery charging, etc. I have had my motherboard replaced mutliple times as well as the AC adapater and battery. I again am having problems with the laptop deciding it has no battery at random times and therefore shutting off if I don't have it plugged in.

Anyways, I called in last week to complain about this and they were all fine and ready to send another tech out.. I get a call from their auto call service to set up an appointment  for the tech to come. I chose the day after they recommended as I worked all day that day. This past Thursday rolls around(the day I chose for the tech to come), and nothing, not a word from the tech. I called the dispatch service twice that day to inquire where the tech was, and twice the tech was supposed to call back. Never happened. The tech did finally call this past Friday(when I was at work because you know, the tech was supposed to come the day before) and I ended up scheduling an appointment with  him for today in the afternoon. So I get a call from a different tech this morning ( because apparently the one I talked to last week is on vacation this week...why couldn't he have told me that!??!??!?!) saying that he would try to make it sometime this afternoon. I asked why he wasn't coming for the appointment I had made with this other guy. So it ended up he say he would try to come within an hour period this afternoon. I had also come into work early so I could leave early and not have to take more time off.

I get a call from this tech just before the end of the hour in which he is supposed to show up in and he says he can't come. I have to reschedule for "sometime after 1pm" on Wednesday because I have to work all day tomorrow.

The tech service that Alienware uses is horrible! They never have once showed up the day that they are supposed to( and I have needed multiple tech visits) resulting in me missing work for no reason, and then having to take more time off so that I can be home the day they do decide they can show up on. I am really pissed off with this. I have had so many problems with this computer and the tech service that I don't even want to own a laptop anymore. This has been almost a year now that I've been having problems with my computer, and Alienware has replaced so many motherboards at this point I would rather have a new computer, because this is stupid.
