vertical line on laptop screen dell

Please check if these vertical lines are displayed on the external screen.

The video chip is bad -- if you want to repair the system, the mainboard needs to be replaced.

That's a symptom of a bad video chip -- in low res/safe mode OK, but when in more demanding mode, the chip shows the fault.

But when i run in safe mode and disable ATI from device manager. and restart laptop working fine .

But when i enable ATI , this issue occure.

tell me what is the cost for new board.
