Very low speak volume - Dell Inspiron
Hello, I bought 2 Dell Inspiron 3542 laptops in January
Internal speaker volume on both of them is very low,like a whisper, even at 100%.
Drivers are up to date.
Looking for ideas on how to increase volume.

Thank you! Finally something that actually works. I've been having a problem with the low volume for a while and thought I'd just have to live with it or use headphones - and you saved the day!
So annoying that this solution isn't provided by Dell in any official channel when you search their help section. As a way of paying it forward, I'll share this around on some of the message boards I had to slog through to find your solution :)
