Vostro 1310 Num-Lock
Others have suggested that numlock can be turned off in the BIOS - it cant.
There is no Fn-key sequence.
How do you turn off Numlock?

In Vostro 1310, Num Lock can be disabled using the num lock key which is located on the right side top of the keyboard.

I notice this only happens in Win 7 and 8 - XP is fine. Is there a solution?

I can understand that the characters printed on the keys of a keyboard are small. But did the resolution provided, fix the issue that you were facing?
