White/Blank Screen

Question

Okay so while I was working on a Word Document I noticed odd things occurring with my laptop. First, my WebCam randomly came on, than within a second my screen went entirely white/blank. I rebooted my laptop and signed in to my main User profile. After I signed in I saw this little black box that mentioned something about 'Dell and copy rights.' After the black box vanished my screen went back to being blank/white. So I rebooted my laptop again I decided to sign in to my Guest User profile. The Guest profile loaded normal and fine with no white/blank screen. So I am confused as to what the issue may be. Anyone have any input or advice?

It is an XPS L501X and the version of Windows is 7

Thanks for providing us this information. Please let us know if the system works fine on the Guest use profile. Please provide us with the screenshot of the errors you are getting on the system.

Also, if possible connect the system to a external monitor to isolate the issue. If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact us.
