Windows 8 installs drivers for all your hardware, unless it is very old or very new. These drivers are written by the hardware manufacturers. Most are fairly up to date so you shouldn't need to search for newer ones unless you are having problems.
Windows 8 has no official support for this system - it may work, but you're on your own to find the drivers from the hardware component manufacturers if you decide to try it.
Thank you for this feedback. I am having no problems with Windows 8 as it was recently installed but I just wasn't sure if I needed to update anything as it related to my dell laptop. Thanks again for the feedback! Greg W
