wireless networking

   can anyone help me to set up my notebook (inspiron 1300)with a belkin f5d7632uk4 modem/router all is setup ok and i have a connection to a wireless network but i cant sign on with aol and they ARE NO HELP AT ALL as its not one of there suypported modem/routers
