XPS 12 9Q23 Mouse Right Click Not Working after Windows Upgrade

HELPPPPPP!!!!!!

Microsoft very kindly updated my operating system last night (to Windows 10 Home Version 1607) without warning me. As a result the right click function on my XPS 12 9Q23 has stopped working. I have been researching solutions all day with no success.

If anyone can help me find a solution I would be very grateful!
