5150 + Hyper-Threading?
Hi everyone!
does anybody know when the 5150 will be delivered with hyper-threading p4 cpu??
I've already spoken to the dell hotline, but they they could not give me a really clear answer....

What do you mean? The 5150 has offered an HT-enabled 3.06ghz P4 for the past few days... Do you mean when these first systems will actually start shipping?

Exactly, I don't know when it will be shipped out to users. I've ordered my 5150 last week. so I woud be happy if I get mine with HT technology. I've checked the intel homepage, there was stated that the mobile pentium 4 processor+ht will be delivered last quater this year (what's just begun). But that doesn't mean that Dell notebooks are equipped from the same time with new cpu's. So that's why I'm asking.

Well,
I did order an inspiron 5150 with an explicitly selected P4 3.06GHz Hyper Threading but up until now I can't see any prove of this! No HT functionality to be spotted in Windows, no options in the BIOS (rev. A26) neither. Maybe somebody out here can tell me what to do in order to enable HT!
