Base System Device? Driver help!

Hi,

I have a Dell XPS m140.  I just re-installed windows and I'm trying to figure out drivers.

Everything seems to be working, It does seem slow, but I am used to a newer computer so I don't know if it's me

However when I open up my device manager it has the Other Device thread open with 3 "Base System Device"'s an Ethernet Controller, and a Video Controller all listed as having no driver.

 

I don't see those things specifically listed under the drivers tab, how do I figure out what to install?

Hi,

I m having inspiron 1525, I m also in search of driver for base system device. A msg is alwasys pop up in bar "one of your device is not functioning properly.

Anybody can answer it? I have the issue which is similar to what you have faced.
