CPU upgrade for Latitude E6500
The bios of my Dell Latitude E6500 is upgraded to A27 version, and the enhancements notes of the bois said that
it has enhanced Penryn cpu code.
So, does that mean I can upgrade my CPU to Quad Core CPU like Q9xxx series ?

No. These systems never shipped with that line of CPUs - you will not be able to use any quad-core CPU.

Your best bet is to use the original CPU as a guide - what model? Don't exceed the original's CPU TPD (total power draw) and stick with the same CPU family and bus speed.
