I am sorry for the inconvenience; the 4 beep error code indicates that there is an issue with the memory. Release static power and reseat the memory and check if the system is working, follow the steps below.
Switch off the system; remove the battery, ac adapter and the power cable. Press and hold down the power button for thirty seconds to drain any excess static power. You can refer to the user manual using the link below

Try removing one memory module and swap the memory modules on both slots (One memory at a time) and check if the issue persists.

Thanks for the response. I tried what you suggested and I took the memory out and then reinstalled it but still the same 4 beeps at start up.
