Dell Latitude L400 (3-3-3-1 Bios error code !!)

Question

I have Dell Latitude Model L400, now i am getting error of 3-3-3-1 beeps checked out with pheonix beep codes it states that thats "Erase F2 Prompt" error !!!
I think this is related to video graphics. But how do i resolve that ? any ideas.....

Have you added anything to the system recently? Try reseating the RAM and CPU.

I have not added anything, but how do i reset RAM and CPU is it through the reset button at the bottom of the notebook.   What problem it can be plz advise....
