First thing to do would be to disconnect and reconnect the hard drive.
If that doesn't get the drive to show up, it has failed and will need to be replaced.
If you require further information we'll need the system model.

Please PM us the system tag#. Please check in BIOS if the physical HDD is detected.
If you are comfortable, reseat the HDD.
