Follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Open the website that has Flash content and the one you are having issues.
2. In Internet Explorer, go to Settings, and then select the "Compatibility view settings" menu.
3. Add your website to the list; make sure the below two check boxes at the bottom are checked
a. Include updated website lists from Microsoft.
b. Display intranet sites in Compatibility View.
4. Click OK and check if you able to watch video.
If the issue persists, follow the below mentioned steps:
regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\macromed\flash\flash.ocx
Copy the above text in to a notepad and save it as flash.bat and run it as an administrator by right clicking on the file and select run as administrator.
Try and open the website that you were unable to open so far.

It has been noticed on multiple forums that Microsoft is aware and is working on this issue. Since the above mentioned steps didn't work here are a few options:
1) Try resetting Internet Explorer to the default settings. Follow the below mentioned link to reset Internet Explorer:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737
2) If the issue still persists then try using an alternate browser. Follow the below mentioned link to download Google Chrome, as Google Chrome has built-in flash plug-in:

You can follow the below mentioned thread to get more clarification on the issue:
