internet explorer please read and reply
does anyone have a problem launching a website form your favorites, on internet explorer 6? do you ever click on it and it just doesnt load, then it freezes? it is really annoying, and if anyone knows how to fix it, or has the same problem, than reply. :-)

I had my browser "hijacked" a few days ago. I was trying to download a MS fix and the page would re-direct to a "Search Everything!" website, no matter what I tried it re-directed to this page.
I did a Google search and found a fix for this: http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html
it's called CWS shredder, but I ran into the same issue trying to download CWS shredder, it would re-direct to Search Everything! when you attempt to downlaod this fix, but further down the page there is a direct download link, I guess the people who wrote the fix knew this I applied it and all is fine now.
Be careful what you "clean" up with this utility, like Kazaa has Cydoor for spyware and if you delete it Kazaa won't work.
