I would make sure you do not have sticky keys turned on. Click the shift button 5 times and when the sticky keys dialog box comes up click no. I hope this helps!
Go to Control Panel -> Ease of Access -> Change how your keyboard works. Once there see if Filter Keys is on. If it is, turn it off and click Apply, then OK. That could be the source of the beeping.

Sticky keys was not the problem do you have any other ideas? (Keyboard beeps when typing)
