new 8600 memory running SLOW

i just got my 8600, when i right click my comptuer and click properties, i noticed that the clock speed on my ram is 239mhz.. is my memory faulty?

the system properties doesn't show ram clock speed.. it is the cpu clock speed, which have the speedstep feature.. and system properties' current clock speed for cpu is most likely wrong..

would this slow speed effect performance? or is the number just showing wrong?
