Precision M6500 Motherboard differences
I've acquired a M6500 that needs a motherboard. I have found 2 different boards for sale online. The P/N are GNN2M and VN3TR. I'd like to know the differences/specs on them so I can buy the best board ,in regards to performance and upgradeability. Thank you in advance for any info you can provide.

Hi,
VN3TR is a B3 stepping motherboard while the other is a Non B3.
Its more like B3 is a higher version.
For info on B3 Stepping you can log onto intel or clarksfield website.
But i would request you to PM us the system tag #, to make sure the motherboard parts are correct.
