Problem Downloading Audio System

Hi,  I have an Inspirion 2650.  I recently moved and setup my system with a wireless modem.  For some reason, there was no sound when I connected by speakers.  When I looked in the control panel, it showed that there was no audio device installed.  I went to the Dell website and tried multiple times to download the appropriate audio software for my system (Symantec).  Each time I hit "download now", the response was "service unavailable".  Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?  Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks for the quick response...really appreciate your help.  Unfortunately, when I try to download from the link you provided, I get a message that indicates there is no such device in my system and I need to restart.  When I do, and go throuh the same download process, I still receive the same msg.  Technically inept here, so maybe I'm missing something.  Any addt'l. advice would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks again.
