real player one
for some reason when I try to watch a video online, the picture doesn't move. it will jump from screen to screen after a few seconds. the sound works fine but the picture can't keep up with it. I just want to know if there is something I can do to fix it. I haven't even had my computer a year yet and it is already messing up. please help me!

r u sure that your connection isn't poor?
If the connection is degraded, realplayer will just jump from scene to scene instead of buffering and playing. I'm not sure why that is, its definately a setting in the options that could change that and make realplayer, wait, buffer, and then play.
I would try to find a site that you know has respectable bandwidth and try to view something on their and compare the picture quality w/ the other site you are complaining about.
