Touch Pad Issues

Whenever I'm using Internet Explorer, when scrolling with the mouse, it constantly takes me back a page.  (Even when I'm nowhere near the back button).
 
It's really annoying.  I don't understand why this happens.
 
Is there anything I can do to disable this??

Dear shar1r,
 
I think you select forward - backward for mouse wheels in mouse setup ( in Control panel) .
Go to your mouse setup or if you use special program ( or driver) for mouse run it and change your mouse wheel options to default status.
