TPM user initialization

I have enable the tpm device and owner initialization went through successfully. The self tests via the broadcom secure tools come back ok. However, going through the user initialization wizard always gives me the following error:

 

an unexpected error occurred. (0xe0290002)

 

I've updated the bios, installed the latest tpm drivers/software from dell's site, tried deleting the user xml files from app data\inferion\... directory.

 

Anyone else have this problem?
