Video Controller (VGA Compatible) question ?

k I have a Dell Latitude D 800 i have  5 things wrong with it but this is the proper area for the video
 
I just got it yesterday (its reverbish)
 
It originally had windows 2000 on it but for some reason it only displayed 16 colors and i kept getting error messeges so I then Install Windows xp it over written the windows 2000 .
 
everything is working properlly but i get some video errors
 
 
my computer is 1.6ghz  1gbram
 
it says Video Controller (VA Compatible ) the driver for this device are not installed (code28)
to reinstall the drivers for this device click reinstall driver
 
I have no clue what driver it is i need to download off of the dellwebsite and i cant access the internet on my computer (ethernet is on the computer like the slot but it says)
 
my 5 problems( I know this isnt the section to  answer all those questions so  u can just answer the video one)  But i dont know what drivers i need for the video of the latitude D800
 
1.Base System Device Drivers not installed
2. Ethernet Controller drivers not installed
3.Network Controller Drivers not installed
4.PCI Modem Drivers not installed
5.Video Controller (VGA Compatible) Drivers not installed

Support.dell.com, technical support, enter service tag number. Choose Original configuration. Make a list of the video, modem, etc.

Then go to Downloads. Note that the very first two drivers you MUST install are the chipset driver and Dell notebook system software. Then install the others.
