zune software problems
MY INSPIRON Q15R, Will not recognise my Nokia 800 windows fone , i have tried all i can from microsoft and it connects to other laptops/pc,s, did here at first no longer will therefore definately a problem with something on my lappy, all updates run all deleted and re-installed as well as my mobile, anybody help please.
