5320 will not boot when plugged in.

I have a slew of 5320's with a booting issue. Laptop is asleep, user plugs it into a dock or power brick, opens the lid and presses the power button. Keyboard, backlight, power button light up but it does not boot past this step. If they long hold the power button to kill the machine and press it again it will boot fine. OR if they unplug from power and short press the power button it will turn off, then they can press it again and it will boot fine. Bios 1.13.0.

Some of the users have reported using a 60w power adapter instead of the 65w power adapter. Could this 5w difference be the culprit.

I use an 130w adapter and replaced the DC jack per the instructions. Tried multiple good working adapters. No difference. I have to momentarily unplug it to boot. Model E6530
