Applications performance issues Latitude 3400

 After last week of drivers updates my notebook presented noticeable performance issue while executing apps like Microsoft edge, inventor or game. While the task manager didn't present any changes in the process perf%, in any category. Sometimes the apps star to operate like they used to be but after a little the same problems occurs. Is like the refresh rate of the screen is very low, one or even a half fps even in edge.
