Hi @Hashu is seems that the IDT 92HDxxx HD Audio Driver has been corrupted. Please open Device Manager and open Audio Driver to see if it is working properly. Installing IDT 92HDxxx HD Audio Driver | Driver Details | Dell US again, followed by Restart (not Shut Down) will hopefully fix sound mute problem.

If you have already reinstalled the drivers than you are dealing with a bad volume key which is being press on it's own.
Map that key to nothing : https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/map-any-key-to-any-key-on-windows-xp-vista/
