audio problems

Computer – E6430

O/S – Windows 10 64bit

After cloning a hard drive, I downloaded whatever updates were recommended by Dell.

The cloned hard drive seems to be performing well except for the audio function.  Regardless of the media player used, the volume is not as loud as it was previously.

The Device Manager reveals no problems.  I used the Device Manager to update the audio driver from WinSxS but there was no change.

Is there a stand-alone audio driver I can install?
