battery usage depending on the processor?
I'm looking for a laptop and normally I would want an i7 processor. But it occurs to me that I might get more battery running time with a lesser processor such as an i5 or i3. Is there a significant different in how long a charged battery will last depending on the processor being used, or are other factors more important.
Which of the Dell Latitude and Dell Precision laptops are noted for long running times?

I never see any list for laptop battery running times.
Just the warranty for the laptop or the battery.
I think there don't have a accurate time about the battery's life.

Perhaps I phrased it incorrectly. I meant the amount of time a laptop will run on a charge before it needs to be charged up again. Many reviewers mention this statistic so it must be common knowledge. What I want to know is if certain laptop processors use more electricity than others.
