BIOS admin password locked, need release code

Need BIOS admin password reset for Dell latitude, Service Tag , Express Service Code . Purchased secondhand via eBay — I don't have the original owner's info, but I have my eBay purchase confirmation as proof of purchase. Previous owner set a BIOS admin password that's now blocking boot device acces and so i can't use my laptop with new SSD after old one died because boot order is locked and needs admin password. Requesting a password removal/release code
