Bios won't update
I have a latitude 7370 and can't update the bios from windows or from the bios flash on the F12 menu. I'm using the exe file. During the bios update, the system reboots and the power button light stays lit for a minute but nothing on the screen. then after a minute the computer is off completely. When I turn the PC on, the bios was not updated.

So far I disabled Intel Virtualization, disabling secure boot, temporarily changing to Legacy boot mode, and bit locker is off.

Make sure:
You have a battery that is at least half-charged, and
That the system properly recognizes the AC adapter (F2 at powerup to check).
If the battery doesn't have charge, and/or the AC adapter shows unknown, the BIOS update will fail.
