Black screen, no charging light indicator

Hi,

Two days ago, I was using my laptop at a debut party to operate the music. Suddenly, the screen went black, followed by an updating screen, and then it completely blacked out. I also noticed that the charging light indicator on my laptop wouldn’t turn on, even though the charger adapter itself still had its light indicator on.

When I connected my laptop to an external cooling fan, the fan worked, which suggests that the laptop is still on since the fan only operates when the laptop is powered.

I also tried some suggestions I found online, such as long-pressing the power button, but nothing worked. It has now been two days since my laptop went completely black, with no light indicators, not even on the keyboard.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
