Bluetooth

Question

I have a dell latitude 3440. There was some problem with my bluetooth and wifi so I uninstalled them using the wizard for installation of WLAN and Bluetooth. Now when I reinstalled them wifi got perfectly installed and is working but the bluetooth suite is showing that it is installing. Now I am unable to understand whether it is installing or it has hanged.

This is what it is showing since last 15-20 mins.

Please tell if it is installing or not and if it is then how much more time will it take.......?
